Join us for 4:00 PM Spin Class - NEW class time at the YMCA
An instructor lead, motivational bicycle ride through hilly terrain and flat straight aways. The speed of the ride is controlled by the tempo of the music. You control the intensity of the ride by always varying the adjustable resistance control on your bicycle. If you are new, please introduce yourself to the instructor so they can get you correctly fitted to your bicycle. We highly encourage water bottles and a towel. You will need to stop at the membership kiosk to sign in as we have 21 Spinner bikes and it is first come first serve.
Class is 50 minutes long
