Plan 1 – Employee purchased membership
- $50 off joiner’s fee for 10 or more employees
- Employees responsible for payments to the YMCA for their adult or family membership fees.
- Employees receive $25 in Y-Bucks toward a YMCA program
- Payroll deductible available through your company
Plan 2 - Corporate subsidized membership
- No joiner’s fee for 10 or more employees
- Company pays part or all employees adult or family membership with any remainder paid by employees
- Company receives a monthly invoice for their portion of the membership dues
- Employees receive quarterly wellness seminars and special incentives for programs and events
- Employees receive $25 Y-Bucks toward a YMCA program
Additional corporate benefits are on-site child care, pilates, yoga, adult sports leagues and lunch n’ learn.
