Healthways  has partnered with the YMCA of Broward County to provide their members with a platform for improving lives. The insurance companies paying for their membership under Healthways are Vista, Humana,. and Forever Fit.

 

Procedure for Healthway insured clients having Vista, Humana and Forever Fit

 

• Healthways clients show their Health Plan ID and driver’s license.

• Each new member completes a Healthways registration form, Getting to Know You form, Activity Readiness Review form, Activity Waiver and YMCA of Broward County liability form at the Member Services Desk at your local YMCA of Broward County.

• Healthways members receive a Universal Swipe Card.

• Every time a Healthways member accesses the YMCA they swipe their card.

• The membership fee for additional family members (whether it is one adult or an adult plus children) not insured under the Healthways plan (Vista or Humana) is:
  • 50% off family joiner’s fee
  • 50% off  family monthly rate
